David joined Siddhi straight out of his role as VP of Operations at Jackson’s Honest, one of the country’s fastest-growing snack brands. David thrived at Jackson’s Honest where his talents were utilized outside of operations as part of the Executive Team. Involved heavily in fundraising, sales, strategy, and marketing. Most notably before Jackson’s Honest, David spent 8 years at Whole Foods Market. When David left Whole Foods he was the Grocery Coordinator in the Rocky Mountain region and responsible for a quarter of a billion dollar program.

Mark is an experienced and trusted food industry professional with 40 years of experience. His career includes Senior Management positions at Kraft – Nabisco, Sara Lee, ConAgra, McDonald's Supply Chain, Vice President at Quest Nutrition, and Vice President at No Evil Foods. At Quest, Mark was instrumental in taking the startup to $600+ million in sales revenue in 4 short years. He has extensive experience with Fortune 50 branded food companies, contract food manufacturing, emerging and innovative food companies and “out of the box” technological innovation. His understanding of food industry fundamental concepts coupled with a focused desire to innovate and do “what cannot be done” is the driving force behind his successful career. His innovative drive and attention to detail has improved consumer food safety, reduced customer complaints and enhanced the user experience for end use customers.

Ashley joined Siddhi after leading the rapid growth and scale of The New Primal, one of the country’s fastest-growing cross-category brands, making their mark in meat snacks and expanding to marinades, sauces, and dressings. She lead the company from conceptualization through extensive revenue and team growth, managing 6 co-manufactures, across 3 product categories. Ashley managed and built all facets of operational foundations for accelerated growth – warehousing and distribution, Certifications, 3PL management, co-manufacturing management, EDI and ERP onboarding and management, inventory and MRP controls, packaging realization, and supply chain management.

Eric joins Siddhi with a combined 10 years of operations experience, most recently as the Director of Operations at Peanut Butter & Co., where he served as a member of the company’s leadership team. During his tenure, he managed the company’s inventory, production planning, and supply chain, as well as developed and executed company-wide strategies. Eric lead the implementation team as the company upgraded their ERP and EDI systems. He is also experienced in the execution of various process improvements, cost savings initiatives, 3PL and co-manufacturing management, new product development, EDI process flow, and data analytics.

Cody BERENSON

Cody boasts extensive experience in the beverage category, most notably serving as the Head of Procurement and Supply Chain for WTRMLN WTR where he was key in COGs assessment and reduction, implementing global supply programs for key ingredients and launching new product lines. Prior to his time at WTRMLN WTR, Cody served as the Sr. Manager of Operations and Supply Chain for Purity Organic, a nationally distributed organic RTD beverage company.  While at Purity, Cody oversaw all day-to-day operations tasks, ranging from conceptualization to commercialization.

KATHARINE ATTWELL

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Katharine joins Siddhi straight out of her role as Head of Supply Chain at Fever-Tree USA, one of the fastest-growing companies in the premium mixer space. Katharine oversaw all components of the US supply chain including forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, customer service, procurement, and import logistics. Previously, Katharine was Senior Manager of Supply Chain at RUNA, where she worked with multiple co-manufacturers and oversaw every step of the production planning process from materials management to post-run yield analysis. Katharine also supported several new product development initiatives through COGS assessments, new supplier management, attending graphics pilots, and organizing production trials.

 

Katharine has obtained certificates of completion for the Foreign Supplier Verification Program, Applying HACCP Principles, and is a Preventative Controls Qualified Individual.

Jennifer joins Siddhi after a long tenure at Pitney Bowes building transformative business analytics tools for household names in the global marketplace.  As a senior project manager, she quickly became a trusted partner for Mastercard, FedEx, Ellie Mae, and several US retail chains, who relied on her attentiveness, responsiveness, and integrity to help them make sound, data-driven business decisions. Pitney Bowes recognized her success with the 2018 Leadership Award for Innovation.  She also earned national and statewide recognition in her prior career as an entrepreneur in boutique retail, for which she was featured in multiple national magazines, including ElleGirl.  In 2003, she received the State of Michigan Best Small Business Award, and she spoke at Governor Jennifer Granholm’s “cool cities” conference, a major event gathering over 1,400 business leaders.  As a cultural leader, Jennifer co-founded and co-organized The Shadow Art Fair, a first-of-its-kind biannual event for the Southeast Michigan alternative arts scene with a thriving legacy to this day.

JAKE WYSOCKI

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Jake joins Siddhi after his introductory CPG experience with Denver based WTRMLN WTR. While he boasts formal financial training, Jake had the Ops calling and elected to transition from a role with a financial focus to an operational position. With that, he spearheaded a materials management initiative to reconcile and address inventory mismanagement. His most recent accomplishments include the design and implementation of an analytical model designed to optimize the supply chain to deliver the lowest possible COGS.

JAY MITCHELL

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Jay joins Siddhi after spending 5 years at Cappello’s as the Director of Operations where they were responsible for building the team and scaling both internal and external manufacturing facilities. During their tenure, they built a consolidated freight program, managed commercialization over multiple product lines, developed the operations team and plant manager, piloted co-manufacturing relationships, refined procurement and cost optimization, and led strategic innovations throughout the organization. Jay also spent 13 years at Whole Foods Market in store leadership, and most recently as the grocery buyer for the Rocky Mountain region where they focused on the local product program, merchandising and team member development. Jay also brings extensive food safety experience and is a Preventive Control Qualified Individual (PCQI).

Taylor FULTS

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Taylor joins Siddhi after running the gamut of Logistics and Supply Planning for the wine & spirits importer/distributor Frederick Wildman & Sons and the carbonated mixer brand Fever-Tree. During her time at the former, she maintained, reconciled, and tracked the data of over 6,000 SKUs- linking together inventory control and management, compliance, purchasing/replenishment, and demand planning. While her time at the latter involved import logistics for a carbonated product, order management, and third-party logistics management. Before these roles, she discovered the world of Supply Chain on the retail end at Crush Wine & Spirits and fine-tuned the art of client service and communication.

SARAH BLUMENTHAL

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Sarah started her supply chain career in kitchens rather than spreadsheets. After years of baking, however, she realized that she could be of more use in an office. She spent three years at Brooklyn Brewery, first managing their domestic logistics and then owning their production planning. From there, she moved to Milk Bar where she helped them transition from a restaurant group to a booming e-commerce business by implementing processes, building out a forecast, creating clear inventory goals, and shifting to a new 3PL. Throughout her career, Sarah has built close relationships with vendors, co-packers, and 3PL partners and looks forward to continuing to do so with Siddhi Ops.

ZACH FUGATE

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Zach joined Siddhi with 10 years of Supply Chain Leadership experience through managing people and processes. Most recently, he was responsible for managing all aspects of material flow to maintain control and accuracy over all goods inventories including transactions, cost, storage, receiving, and shipping. Zach also boasts extensive experience in managing 3PL warehousing relations including financials, contract negotiations, and performance. He has a proven record of leading high-impact projects from conceptualization to implementation and is skilled in various continuous improvement practices.
